Reflection: has aschoolleader ihàve been able to go through the schemes of work and the lesson plans and critic where there's any mistakes and provided absolution by capacity building on how to prepare and use both the documents. since lesson planning provides a clear path for learning and allows a teachear to make sure they are progressing in the right direction it makes the teachers work organize and maximizes instructional time thus ensures students are meeting curriculum standards.

Our first Lsp has been guidance and counseling for our teachers and student. our teachers are taking part in a guidance and counseling session  by  KUTOA  facilitators an  (NGo). They are being capacity built on various ways of conducting guidance and counseling services for  pupils and parents at large.As one of the Lsp cariedout in our school. This area is a crucial  for us since our school is located in aslums area our learners  go through a lot of challenges which needs aproper attention and advice. Reflection: this is part of  capacity building of our teachers and subboninate staff  to be part of this journey .it has helped our team of staffs to know how to handle various cases that may arise.
