Parent CafĂ© sessions held quarterly will provide informal discussions on parenting teens, covering topics like screen time and puberty. In Term 1, Week 4, Teacher SEL Training will be offered to help educators recognize signs of anxiety and depression in students. Surveys, attendance logs, and behavior tracking apps will be used to assess program effectiveness. Bi-monthly review meetings with school management will help refine activities based on student feedback and observed outcomes. Adjustments will be made as needed, such as extending popular workshops or introducing new resources.
Reflection..
This comprehensive plan focuses on interactive, age-appropriate activities to support junior secondary students' academic, emotional, and social development while fostering collaboration between counselors, teachers, parents, and students.
It has also help our teachers to work as a team in helping our learners progress  academically, socially and emotionally.

(B)In the picture above we have been supporting our learners and  others from neighbouring schools in mathare  subcounty  through an initiative called sleeping children it  is  our partnership with the rotary club of Nairobi , providing our the learners with sleeping kits ie mattress, blankets clothe, writing materials and many more .this as create a sense of humor and love to our children and community at large.
Reflection on the picture.
Through the partnership we have built strong relationship with our parents , stakeholders and the community. This is because  our learners  pass through various challenges being that they are living in the informal settlements ie  mathare most of our parents can not afford to buy the essential items for their learners. It has also reduce absenteeism  among our learners.
