Our first Lsp has been guidance and counseling for our teachers and student.
our teachers are taking part in a guidance and counseling session  by  KUTOA  facilitators an  (NGo). They are being capacity built on various ways of conducting guidance and counseling services for  pupils and parents at large.As one of the Lsp cariedout in our school. This area is a crucial  for us since our school is located in aslums area our learners  go through a lot of challenges which needs aproper attention and advice.
Reflection: this is part of  capacity building of our teachers and subboninate staff  to be part of this journey .it has helped our team of staffs to know how to handle various cases that may arise.

A As astaff and school stakeholders  at large we have decided to come up with an action plan for Guidance and counseling for the year 2025  as one of the  learner support program initiated in our school...we are thankful for the training  by KEMI because it has really opened our eyes on various ways of helping our learner's.  Reflection.
