Psychosocial support in school is a crucial for both the learners and staff in aschool settup.we as destiny junior comprehensive school mathare ,we have  taken this into consideration    because it focuses on a positive learning and working environment ,it also promotes well-being  and enhances overall performance. It also adreeses  social, emotional and psychological challenges leading to improved  learning outcomes,stronger relationship and more resilient school community in mathare.
Reflection.
For learners in our school it has improved academic performance. This is because when learners feel safe, supported and have their emotional needs met, they are better able to focus on learning leading to improved academic outcomes.
(B).for  ourstaff:  it  has improved teaching and performance. This is because when teachers and staff receive psychosocial support, they're better equipped to manage stress, handle challenging situations and create a positive learning environment for learners. 
our learners are  receiving psychological support from maisha foundation it is an NGO that we are partnering with..

A As astaff and school stakeholders  at large we have decided to come up with an action plan for Guidance and counseling for the year 2025  as one of the  learner support program initiated in our school...we are thankful for the training  by KEMI because it has really opened our eyes on various ways of helping our learner's.  Reflection. unit3B learner support program.

Our first Lsp has been guidance and counseling for our teachers and student. our teachers are taking part in a guidance and counseling session  by  KUTOA  facilitators an  (NGo). They are being capacity built on various ways of conducting guidance and counseling services for  pupils and parents at large.As one of the Lsp cariedout in our school. This area is a crucial  for us since our school is located in aslums area our learners  go through a lot of challenges which needs aproper attention and advice. Reflection: this is part of  capacity building of our teachers and subboninate staff  to be part of this journey .it has helped our team of staffs to know how to handle various cases that may arise.
